Pattern and Gating Designed In-house
Core Boxes built to your specifications using the following types of material as appropriate for the job:

Pine or other economical woods - for lower volume jobs
Styrofoam - for single use jobs
Composite Resin / Metal Tooling - for higher volume jobs

HEAT TREATING
Thermal Processing
Liberty Cast Products is able to provide heat treat service for the following materials:
Aluminum - T4, T5, T6, T71
Class II Chrome Copper
Class III Beryllium Copper
Class IV Beryllium Copper
Liberty Cast Products can also Anneal these metals for straightening, then follow up with Age Hardening to complete the Heat Treat process.
SAND & SHOT BLAST

Liberty Cast Products is able to Sand Blast or Shot Blast any casting, within our manufacturing capacity, using any of the following blasting materials:
